Warning                                                                                                                                                   Hammock style Camping is generally very safe but as with all outdoor pursuits potentially serious dangers could occur. With a few very simple checks there should be no issues but please see our disclaimer below. Before setting up and getting into your hammock we recommend checking the following; Check the trees (or set-up points) are strong and capable of supporting a heavy, 200lbs, load (to be on the safe side, we know you weigh less than 200lbs!). Check there are no loose branches Check the suspension (webbing, straps, ropes, clips etc) of the hammock furniture each time before entering. Make sure any knots tied are strong enough to hold your weight before entering the hammock.

6. Limits of Liability                                                                                                                                                In an unlikely event that your product should fail your sole recourse shall be repair or replacement. Outdoor Republic will not be held liable to you or any other party for any damages that result from the failure of any product. Damages excluded include, but are not limited to, the following: lost profits, lost savings, lost data, damage to other equipment, and incidental or consequential damages arising from the use, or inability to use this product. In no event will Outdoor Republic be liable for more than the amount of your purchase price and shipping costs.
